About this Project:
I have always loved the coziness of bookstores – the endless sea of books, the quiet whisperings of employees and guests, the smell of fresh coffee roasting in the cafe… But while I love them, I sometimes forget that physical bookstores exist in this hyper-technological world. The growing divide between Americans and bookstores, purposeful or not, is the concept that inspired the creation of this Twitter ad. I believe that Barnes & Noble’s physical sales could greatly benefit from a campaign promoting the coziness of their lounges, reminding guests that they are not only allowed to sample books in stores; they are encouraged.
